Kristen Butts, PE, LEED AP, WELL AP, is a highly experienced professional in the field of architectural engineering, currently serving as a Principal at Altieri since January 2006, where previous roles included Associate Principal and Mechanical Engineer. Alongside this position, Kristen serves as the Green Building Award Chair for Sustainable Westport and has been a Lecturer at Yale University since January 2018, providing consultancy for systems integration in architectural projects. Kristen's background includes research as a Research Assistant under Dr. William Bahnfleth at Penn State University, focusing on indoor air quality, and an internship at Morrison Hershfield. Kristen earned a BAE/MAE degree in Architectural Engineering from Penn State University, completing studies from 2000 to 2005.
