Sanath Kumar Rai is an experienced Human Resources professional with a background in manpower planning, talent acquisition, employee engagement, compensation & salary administration. With a Master of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, Rai has held various HR roles at companies such as Cafe Coffee Day, Essel Group, udaan.com, Altigreen Propulsion Labs, and currently NoPo Nanotechnologies. At Essel Group, Rai served as the Zonal HR for South India, overseeing HR operations in four states.
