Annet Verdoorn

Annet Verdoorn is an experienced online marketeer currently working at Altijd Bekend since October 2021 and serving as a bestuurslid at Stichting Plotsdoven since August 2022. Previous roles include online marketeer at Tree Online from March 2018 to October 2021 and closed captions writer for Stichting Accessibility from February 2014 to October 2021, where Annet focused on making government videos accessible for individuals with disabilities through closed captions and audio description. Annet also conducted usability research on game accessibility during an internship at Accessibility. Additional experience includes working as a personal assistant at All Inclusive at Work, supporting electronic patient dossier implementation at ChipSoft, and enhancing website usability during an internship at Move4U Web Applications. Annet holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information and Communication Technology, Communication and Multimedia Design from De Haagse Hogeschool and has foundational education from the Royal Academy of Art and Rijnlands Lyceum Wassenaar.
