Andrea Pirone

Andrea Pirone has been working in the tech industry since 2018. In 2018, they were a Software Engineer at Enerbrain and a Ricercatore borsista at Università degli Studi di Torino. In 2020, they became a Data & AI Engineer at CLUSTER REPLY S.R.L. and in 2021 they became a MLOps Tech Lead and MLOps Engineer at Altilia. In their role as MLOps Engineer, they are responsible for implementing MLOps practices to build a scalable architecture to train, deploy and serve machine/deep learning models using a tech stack of Kubernetes, Docker, NVIDIA Triton Inference Server, Prometheus, Python, Azure, Git, and MinIO.

Andrea Pirone has a diverse education history. From 2009 to 2014, they obtained a Diploma di Maturità in Informatica from ITIS Carlo Grassi. From 2014 to 2017, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Università degli Studi di Torino. Finally, from 2017 to 2019, they earned a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence & Computer Systems from Università degli Studi di Torino. In addition, they have obtained several certifications from Microsoft and Databricks, including Azure Fundamentals, Azure Data Engineer Associate, and Azure AI Engineer Associate.
