Katherine Karustis is a Compliance Associate at Altimeter since September 2023, previously serving as an Execution Services Compliance Analyst at UBS from July 2022 to August 2023. Katherine has also gained experience as a Fundraising and Development Intern at the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities and Achilles International in 2021, a Legal and Compliance Intern at SumRidge Partners, and a Fellow with the Virginia Coordinated Campaign. Earlier work includes a Summer Garden Professional role at Merrifield Garden and Design and a Sales Associate position at EXPRESS. Katherine completed an internship with The Goodnow Library Foundation and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government, along with a Philosophy degree, from Fordham University between 2018 and 2022.
