Noel Samuel

Noel Samuel offers nearly 30 years of financial and operational leadership experience in fast-paced, technology-infused, disruptive organizations. He has a strong track record of creating shareholder value through transformations, turnarounds, and growth. At Altimetrik, Noel is focused on driving profitable growth, leading mergers and acquisitions, and enhancing processes and systems to deliver scalable, consistent, and transparent results.

Prior to Altimetrik, Noel was the Chief Financial Officer of Abt Associates, Inc. where he focused on improving profit margins which enabled the company to achieve its highest ESOP share price in its history by substantially increasing enterprise value. Previously, Noel led the sale of immixGroup, Inc. to a strategic acquirer after overhauling the company’s financial systems and procedures including analysis and reporting. Prior to that, while he was CFO of Dell’s $1B+ public sector (FED + SLED) business unit, he successfully integrated two services lines of business leading to cost and operational efficiencies while achieving governmental regulatory compliance.

Noel graduated from Indiana University with MBA in Finance and has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Colorado with dual majors in Finance and Management Information Systems.
