Elizabeth Ashley Franges

Elizabeth Ashley Franges (Rhoads) has a strong background in regulatory affairs and research. Elizabeth Ashley currently serves as the Associate Director of Regulatory Strategy at Altimmune, Inc., where they lead regulatory efforts for multiple clinical-stage programs. Elizabeth Ashley successfully managed the Pre-IND and initial IND applications and coordinates with clinical development and CROs for trial management. Prior to this role, they worked as the Senior Manager of Regulatory Science at Orchard Therapeutics, managing regulatory programs for rare disease gene therapy products. Elizabeth Ashley has also held positions at Noveome Biotherapeutics, NSABP Foundation Inc., and Tufts Medical Center, where they specialized in regulatory affairs and compliance. Elizabeth has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Public Health.
