Wayne Pisano

Wayne Pisano is the current director at Altimmune. Wayne has held various positions at different companies throughout their career. Most notably, they were the president and CEO of VaxInnate Corporation from January 2012 to September 2016. Wayne was also a board director at Immunovaccine Inc. from September 2011 to March 2021. Pisano's experience in the vaccine industry makes him a valuable asset to Altimmune.
