Kenneth Kosza

Kenneth Kosza has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry, mainly focused on addiction treatment centers. Kenneth started their career in 2012 as the Executive Director at Rehab After Work and later worked as the Vice President at Onward Behavioral Health in 2013. In 2013, they became the Director of Business Development at Retreat at Lancaster County and then moved on to become the Chief Operating Officer at Retreat Premier Addiction Treatment Centers in 2015. From 2019 to 2023, they served as the COO at Retreat Behavioral Health. Currently, Kenneth holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at Altior Healthcare.

Kenneth Kosza holds a Master's of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology from La Salle University. Kenneth also obtained a Bachelor's of Science degree in Psychology from Springfield College.
