Sydney Marino

Sydney Marino, MS, AMFT has a diverse work experience in the field of mental health. Sydney started their career as an Intern at Phoenix House in 2016. In 2017, they worked as a Sales Associate at Nordstrom. Following that, they served as a Crisis Counselor at Crisis Text Line from January to September 2018. In the same year, they also worked as an Admissions Assistant at Passages Addiction Treatment Centers from January 2019 to January 2020. Sydney held the position of Resident Support from June 2018 to January 2019 and worked as a Medical Records Intern from May to August 2018 at the same organization. Moving forward, Sydney worked as a Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee at Boys & Girls Clubs of America from May 2020 to May 2021. Sydney then held various roles at Altior Healthcare, starting as an Admissions Coordinator from February 2020 to November 2022, followed by the role of Admissions Clinical Coordinator from November 2022 to December 2023. Currently, they are working as the Clinical Director of Corporate Admissions at Altior Healthcare since October 2023. Additionally, in 2022, they worked as an Associate Therapist at Cerebral from August 2022 to April 2023. Overall, Sydney has gained substantial experience in different roles within the mental health and addiction treatment settings throughout their career.

Sydney Marino, MS, AMFT completed their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology at The University of Alabama from 2014 to 2018. Sydney continued their education at California Lutheran University from 2018 to 2021, obtaining a Master of Science degree in Counseling/Marriage and Family Therapy.
