Kathryn is a Canadian entrepreneur with over 30 years’ experience specializing in the human aspect of human resources. As co-founder and CEO of Altis Technology, excelITR, Altis Recruitment and excelHR, Kathryn has dedicated her entire career toward the betterment of the staffing process.

Together with her co-founder Toni Guimaraes, Kathryn grew our suite of brands strategically, diversifying the business into priority new sectors like IT, construction and healthcare, and eventually becoming one of Canada’s largest independently owned staffing and recruitment firms.
