James Bawden is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales development and podcast production. Currently serving as a Sales Development Coach at OutboundView since June 2024, James previously held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Sales Development at SalesGig and Outbound Sales Development Program Director at Leadium. James’s career highlights include producing over 100 episodes of the Lunch Break Podcast and coaching aspiring podcasters at Lunch Break Media. With a strong foundation in client management, training, and sales enablement, James has contributed significantly to the growth of sales teams and successful client engagement at multiple organizations, including Cognetik and Evalueserve. James holds a Digital Audio Production Certification from Living Arts College and studied Music Technology at Appalachian State University.
