Chakri Uruma is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology and operations management, currently serving as Vice President at Altisource since October 2020, overseeing SaaS, Professional Services/Operations, Automation, and Digital Product Strategy. Concurrently, Chakri holds vice president roles at EQUATOR, an Altisource business unit, and Vendorly, an innovative SaaS platform for vendor oversight in financial institutions. Chakri previously directed Automation & Process Engineering for Global Operations at Altisource Technology and led network operations at Frontier Communications. Chakri’s career at Verizon included various roles, culminating in an Associate Director position focused on customer technical support for the FiOS product. Chakri's academic background includes an MBA from Alagappa University and a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Andhra University, supplemented by a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Verizon.
