Matias Canibe

Matias Canibe serves as the Associate General Counsel, Assistant Corporate Secretary, and Data Privacy Officer at Altisource since July 2022, having previously held the position of Managing Counsel from July 2019 to July 2022, where oversight of corporate governance was provided. Matias has extensive experience as the primary legal advisor for various technology companies under Altisource, focusing on intellectual property, software licensing, and regulatory compliance. Additionally, Matias built and led a contract management team, negotiating strategic agreements to mitigate risk. Currently, Matias also serves on the Board of Directors for Finsight Business Solutions, a subsidiary of AAMC Alternative Lending Group, specializing in risk management and compliance. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, a Bachelor's in Law from Universidad Internacional de La Rioja, and a JD from Universidad de Montevideo.
