Giovanni Cao is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in the e-learning and B2B sales sectors. Currently serving as the EMEA Sales Director at Altissia since September 2022, Giovanni is responsible for leading the sales team and implementing commercial strategies to enhance the company's presence in the market. Prior to this role, Giovanni worked as a Business Area Manager at Oregon Tool from January 2017 to August 2022, where responsibilities included managing sales and marketing strategies in South Europe and Sub-Saharan Africa. Giovanni's earlier experience includes serving as a Regional Manager at Blount Europe SA and as an Area Sales Manager at Serrmac S.p.A., where significant focus was placed on developing strategic partnerships and market entry strategies. Giovanni holds an MBA in Leadership and Change Management from UBI and a Master's degree in Economics from Università degli Studi di Padova.
