Erik Lutz is an experienced business leader with a diverse background in the mortgage banking and consulting industries. Currently serving as President of Altitude Home Loans since May 2023, Erik also holds the position of Managing Partner at Ingenium Plus, a technology consulting firm focused on enhancing organizational effectiveness. Previously, Erik was COO of The Devine Group for a decade, leading initiatives in psychometric assessment tools globally. Erik served as President of AmeriFirst Financial, Inc. and co-founded Great Southwest Mortgage, where leadership expertise in residential lending was recognized. With a strong foundation in finance from Miami University and advanced education from Harvard Business School, Erik Lutz combines strategic insight with extensive industry experience.
