Currently serving as President of Altitude Home Loans since May 2023, Erik also holds the position of Managing Partner at Ingenium Plus, a technology consulting firm focused on enhancing organizational effectiveness. Previously, Erik was COO of The Devine Group for a decade, leading initiatives in psychometric assessment tools globally. Erik served as President of AmeriFirst Financial, Inc. and co-founded Great Southwest Mortgage, where leadership expertise in residential lending was recognized. With a strong foundation in finance from Miami University and advanced education from Harvard Business School, Erik Lutz combines strategic insight with extensive industry experience.
