Steven Van De Beuken is an experienced loan officer with a career spanning over two decades in the mortgage industry. Currently serving as a Loan Officer and Vice-President/Senior Loan Officer at Altitude Home Loans since March 2020, Steven has consistently originated FHA, VA, USDA, and conventional residential mortgages for both purchase and refinance borrowers. Prior to this role, Steven held a loan officer position at Sunstreet Mortgage LLC since March 2010 and worked as a loan officer at Sterling Home Mortgage from December 2008 to April 2010. Steven also co-owned and served as the broker of record at Rio Nuevo Financial, overseeing operations and training from June 2005 to July 2007, and held the position of Branch Manager at HSBC from 2001 to 2006.
