Melanie Heller-Marchessault has extensive experience in customer service and sales coordination within the retail industry. Currently serving as Pricing Supervisor and Pricing and MAP Policy Analyst at Altitude-sports.com since February 2021, Melanie previously held roles including Sales Coordinator Supervisor at Kanuk and Major Account Coordinator at Paris Glove of Canada Ltd. (Auclair). A strong background in customer service management was developed at The North Face - VF Corporation, where leadership was provided to enhance departmental performance.
