Brad McGerald

Brad McGerald has a diverse work experience spanning from 2006 to present. Brad currently holds the position of Director of HR Operations Services at Altium Packaging, where they have been serving since March 2021. Prior to that, they were the Senior Manager, HRIS at Altium Packaging from August 2020 to March 2021. Before joining Altium Packaging, they worked as the HR Systems Manager at The Suddath Companies from May 2017 to August 2020. Brad has also worked as a Workday HCM Consultant at Collaborative Solutions, LLC from July 2016 to May 2017. Brad has held roles such as HRIS Manager and Sr. HRIS Analyst at Rayonier Advanced Materials from April 2014 to July 2016. Brad has also gained experience in HRIS project analysis and payroll while working at UTi Worldwide Inc. and Vestas Wind Technology, respectively. Earlier in their career, Brad served as a Payroll Supervisor at Cascadia Behavioral Healthcare and as a Payroll Administrator at City Center Parking.

Brad McGerald attended Apple Valley High School from 1991 to 1995. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Liberal Arts from Portland State University, which they completed in 2004. In 2016, they furthered their education by obtaining a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Florida National University.
