Sal Juarez, CMRP, is the Vice President of Manufacturing at Altium Packaging, where they drive operational excellence. With a background in plant management and engineering, Sal has held senior positions at companies such as Refresco and Amcor, focusing on improving productivity and implementing lean manufacturing principles. Sal's earlier experience includes various roles at Easton Baseball/Softball and Sonoco, where they managed manufacturing operations across multiple facilities in the USA and Mexico. They hold a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Southern California and a Diploma in Maintenance & Reliability Management from North Carolina State University.
