Jimmy Cheng

Jimmy has two decades of expertise in the microelectronics and semiconductor industries, including significant experience in product development, factory management, and manufacturing operations in China, Hong Kong, Japan, and the U.S.

Prior to joining Exo, he was the CEO of the optoelectronic business of Sanan Advanced Optical Technologies Ltd. in Sunnyvale, CA. Earlier in his career, he held senior positions in wafer fabrication, assembly operations, and system manufacturing at Archcom Technology, Hisense Broadband Multimedia Technologies, and SAE Magnetics.

Jimmy earned his B.S. in Manufacturing from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and an M.S. in Engineering Business Management from the University of Warwick. He is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB).
