Florian Reger

Florian Reger is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic business transformation and sales management within the technology and engineering sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Strategic Business Advisor at Altium® since March 2024, Florian is a key member of the Strategic Business Transformation team. Prior to this, Florian held the position of Head of Sales at Valispace from May 2020 to February 2024, where efforts focused on integrating go-to-market functions post-acquisition and restructuring processes for growth. Earlier career roles include significant leadership positions at OHB System and L-3 Communications, where responsibilities spanned satellite management, software engineering, and systems development. Florian holds a Diplom degree in Communications Engineering from Fachhochschule Kiel, completed in 2004.
