Kostiantyn Bondarenko

Kostiantyn Bondarenko is an experienced software release and program management professional, currently serving as a Software Release Coordinator at Altium® since November 2020, where responsibilities include driving release planning, coordinating deployment activities, and improving release processes. Prior roles include Program Release Manager at Intellias, managing navigation software deliveries, and Release Manager at Tonic Health Ukraine, overseeing product delivery pipeline improvements. Kostiantyn gained foundational experience in release management and QA at EPOM and started a career as an Engineer-design at Naftogaz TECH. Kostiantyn holds a degree in Automation and computer-integrated technologies from the National Aviation University and is pursuing further qualifications in business coaching and management from the International Leadership University.
