Pavel Myagkov

Pavel Myagkov has extensive experience in frontend development and leadership roles. Pavel is currently working as a Frontend Tech Lead at Altium®, starting in September 2022. Previously, from January to October 2022, they served as the Head of Frontend Department at Rutube, where they shaped a development team, developed department strategy, and addressed frontend security concerns.

Prior to that, Pavel worked as a Frontend Tech Lead at UChi.RU from June 2020 to December 2021. In this role, they implemented a brand new development process, improved code quality through best practices and unit tests, and developed company-wide solutions such as JWT authentication and nginx-based A/B testing methodology.

From October 2016 to June 2020, Pavel was a Frontend Team Lead at Project 101 at TechOps. Here, they worked on a financial project from its inception, managed a frontend team, and created the frontend architecture for the entire product.

Pavel also has experience as a Frontend Developer at Mail.Ru Group from May 2015 to October 2016, where they worked on developing a large-scale single-page web application (Mail and Calendar). Prior to that, Pavel worked as a Frontend Developer at Yandex from November 2013 to April 2015, where they worked on developing another large-scale single-page web application (Yandex.Mail).

Before entering the industry, Pavel had various software development roles, including a Team Lead position at Dell Software from May 2011 to November 2013, a Software Developer role at Ascent Travel from March 2010 to May 2011, and a Software Developer role at Microsoft Students Lab in MSU from November 2008 to February 2010.

Pavel Myagkov obtained a Specialist degree in Computational Mathematics and Cybernetics from Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU) from 2005 to 2010. Prior to that, they attended Education Center #109 from 1994 to 2005.
