Shah Besharati has extensive work experience in the field of information technology and management. Shah started their career at the Tasmania Fire Commission as an IT Support, where they were responsible for setting up and maintaining computer systems and providing IT support. After that, they worked as a Systems Analyst at the Wrest Point Hotel and Casino, where they built and maintained in-house computer software systems and generated reports on gaming activities. Shah then joined Protel International as a Manager and Team Leader, where they established the Protel Market Data Centre and used CRM software for contact management and marketing activities. Later, they co-founded Morfik Technology, where they served as the Director of Sales and Support and played a key role in the product development, sales, and acquisition of a web-development tool. Currently, Shah is working at Altium as the Director of Information Technology Infrastructure, where they manage a global IT team, handles technology-related projects, and supports 900+ staff across 25 offices worldwide. Shah has also held roles as the Data Integrity Manager and Manager of Operations-China at Altium, where they managed digital data teams and provided general office support and facilities management.
