Willy A. Kuster is a seasoned Senior SRE Engineer at Altium® since August 2025, with a strong background in immersive technologies and DevSecOps. Prior roles include Engineering Consultant and Chief Technology Officer at Lucid Reality Labs, where Willy Kuster led the development of AI and immersive technology projects, and enhanced research initiatives. As Head of Research and Development, Willy Kuster designed innovative solutions utilizing machine learning and eye tracking for VR applications. With experience as a Lead Unity Engineer and Unity Developer, Willy Kuster has contributed to significant projects for the cruise industry and mobile gaming. Previous positions include IT Software Engineer at Credit Suisse, leading DevOps transformation, and Lead Software Engineer at Unit4, overseeing multiple HR and Payroll products.
