ALTIUS
Mieke D'hanis is an experienced employment law attorney currently working at ALTIUS since October 2021. Previously, Mieke served as an attorney at Loyens & Loeff from September 2018 to September 2021, focusing on employment and benefits. Mieke's legal expertise includes a summer internship in the Employment Department at ALTIUS in September 2017 and a summer internship at EVEREST advocaten in the social law department. Mieke held several leadership roles at Vlaams Rechtsgenootschap Gent from July 2014 to June 2017, including Vice Chair, where responsibilities encompassed administration, communication, and event organization. Mieke holds a Master of Laws from Ghent University and a Master de Spécialisation en droit social from Université libre de Bruxelles. Additionally, Mieke has a background in music, having earned a higher degree in flute.
