Valérie Struye de Swielande

Valérie Struye de Swielande serves as the General Manager at ALTIUS since May 2022, leading the law firm from a business perspective to empower over 65 lawyers in supporting and advising clients while fostering the development of new expertise. Prior to this role, Valérie accumulated extensive experience at Mars from January 1991 to December 2020, where responsibilities included serving as Category Development and Strategy Deployment Director for Food Europe, overseeing business strategies across 35 countries, and holding various leadership positions within the Chocolate division as Business Unit Director and Marketing Director in the BeLux region, contributing to significant growth and profitability. Valérie holds a degree in Sciences Economiques et Financières from Ichec Brussels Management School and has studied at Lycée Français de La Haye and Lycée Français de New York.
