James Thiedeman

James Thiedeman is an accomplished healthcare executive currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Altius Group since July 2023, focusing on comprehensive health solutions for individuals and organizations. Thiedeman has extensive leadership experience, including roles as Group Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director at Vision Eye Institute from November 2017 to July 2023, where the organization became a leader in ophthalmology in Australia, and at Monash IVF Group, spanning from June 2013 to November 2017, where innovative assisted reproductive technologies were advanced. Previously, Thiedeman held senior positions at Ramsay Health Care, Affinity Health, Mayne Health Group, Health Care of Australia, and Queensland Health, where a variety of operational, funding, and managerial responsibilities were undertaken. Thiedeman holds an MBA in Strategic Management/Finance from Griffith University and a Bachelor of Business in Health Administration from QUT.
