Nolan Palmer

Nolan Palmer is pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering in Engineering Physics from Colorado School of Mines, expected to graduate in May 2024. Recent experience includes a Mechanical Engineering Internship at Altius Space Machines, Inc., where responsibilities involved designing and fabricating aerospace hardware, particularly utilizing Electro-Permanent Magnet technology. Prior to this role, Nolan served as a Laboratory Assistant in the Space Resources Department at Colorado School of Mines, supporting research projects in the field of space resources. Additionally, Nolan was a Near Peer Mentor for the Army Educational Outreach Program (AEOP) from June 2017 to August 2022, where mentorship involved educating middle school students on STEM topics in collaboration with scientists and engineers.
