Phillip Chapman

Phillip Chapman has over a decade of experience in solutions development and engineering, currently serving as a Solutions Developer and Principal Engineer at ConvergeOne since October 2013, while also holding the position of Senior Solution Implementation Engineer at Altivon. In these roles, Phillip specializes in designing and implementing Interactive Intelligence CIC solutions, particularly with a focus on Speech Recognition, Text to Speech integrations, and advanced IVR and Dialer implementations. Phillip's extensive background includes positions as Sr. Solutions Engineer at i3Vision Technologies and Solution Engineer at Altivon, along with previous experience in support and installation for I3 products at Multivision Communications and Cygnal Technologies.
