David Romp

David Romp is an accomplished professional in the field of human resources and talent management, currently serving as a Senior Advisor in Strategic HR Management at Altix Consulting since January 2023. Previously, David held the role of Human Capital Solutions Consultant at NFP Corporate Services, offering customized HR solutions since May 2021. An Independent Consultant since August 2017, David specializes in Human Resources and Talent Advisory Services. Additionally, David has been an Adjunct Professor at the University of Cincinnati, teaching Talent Acquisition & Staffing since January 2016, and has received the 2022 Faculty Award for Outstanding Adjunct Teaching. Earlier in career, David served as Director of Regional Talent for the Regional Economic Development Initiative (REDI) Cincinnati, built a talent acquisition department at Clark Schaefer Hackett, and managed staffing operations at Sara Lee Foods Corporation. David's experience also includes roles in executive recruiting at Fifth Third Bank and global recruiting at Whittman-Hart.
