Francis Jan

Francis Jan has worked in various industries since 1992. Francis began their career at Snaidero Cucine as VP Operations, where they spent 12 years helping to transition the company from a family-owned business to a larger group. In 2001, they moved to Oxford Automotive as VP Operations for the Mechanisms Division, where they dedicated each plant to a specific product line and increased their ability to influence the design for improved quality and cost. In 2004, they joined APM as Plant Manager Auto Parts Manufacturing and TKM Consulting as Senior Consultant Industrial Strategy for Louis Vuitton, where they were responsible for assessing manufacturing organization and processes and defining a strategic plan. In 2012, they joined Simmons Bedding Company as Senior Vice President Specialty Operations and TKM Consulting - KEOPS Group as Senior Consultant - Strategic Planning & Global Supply Chain. Francis then moved to Serta Simmons Bedding, LLC in 2013 as Senior Vice President - Power Base Business Unit and Senior Vice President - Engineering & Industrial Strategy of Serta Simmons Holdings, LLC. In 2019, they founded ac-celero, and in 2020 they became a Partner at Altix Consulting.

Francis Jan attended INSA Lyon - Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon, where they earned a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering. In 2011, they attended Villanova University and obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt.
