Stephanie Sellman

Stephanie Sellman has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources. Stephanie began their career in 2005 as an Assistant Human Resources Manager at Takumi Stamping Inc. where they developed and conducted an Employee Opinion Survey and implemented employee programs based on the survey's recommendations. In 2011, they joined ThyssenKrupp Bilstein of America, Inc. as a Human Resources professional. In 2015, they moved to Festo USA as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to assist with the "ramp-up" of the new Regional Service Center in Mason, Ohio. In 2021, they joined Employers Resource Association (ERA) as a Human Resources Consultant and most recently, in 2022, they were appointed Director of HR & Talent Solutions at Altix Consulting. At Altix, they help small and middle-market industrial companies compete globally by offering tailor-made solutions to support industry leaders worldwide with business strategy, technology & innovation, and operational excellence.

Stephanie Sellman received their Master's degree in Labor and Employee Relations from the University of Cincinnati in 2006.
