Kylie Mills

Kylie Mills is an accomplished HR professional currently serving as the Director of HR Operations at Altman Solon since July 2020, after holding various HR management roles at Altman Vilandrie & Company from April 2010 to July 2020. Kylie's extensive experience includes conducting interviews for the Denison Alumni Recruiting Team since August 2004 and managing onboarding, benefits processes, and performance reviews in previous HR positions. With a Bachelor of Liberal Arts in History from Denison University, a Human Resource Management Certificate from UMass Boston, and a Master of Arts in Intercultural Relations from Lesley University, Kylie showcases a strong educational foundation complemented by significant hands-on experience in human resources and employee relations.
