Prior experience includes roles at KPMG Poland from May 2004 to September 2011, where titles included Senior Tax Manager, Tax Manager, and Tax Consultant, advancing to Senior Tax Consultant and Tax Supervisor. Paweł began the professional journey at Deloitte Poland as a Tax Consultant from September 2003 to April 2004. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management (2007-2009), and dual Master of Science (M.S.) degrees in Economics from Uniwersytet Marii Curie-Skłodowskiej w Lublinie and International Relations and Affairs from SGH Warsaw School of Economics, both obtained from 1998 to 2003.
