Yaniv Melamud is the Founder and CEO of ALTO Real Estate Funds, a position held since January 2010, where ALTO specializes in acquiring income-producing real estate assets in the United States. Prior to this, Yaniv served as the Head of Private Equity at Harel Insurance Company Ltd. from December 2006 to December 2009, overseeing a diverse portfolio of nearly a hundred private funds and companies, valued at several billion NIS. Yaniv's early career included a role as a Senior Economist on the "Fast Lanes" project for the Cross Israel Highway from June 2001 to December 2006, where multidisciplinary teams were successfully managed. Yaniv holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Tel Aviv University, completed in 2002.
