Jim Koleski

Jim Koleski, C.P.A., is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Alto-Shaam, Inc. since 2010, Jim leads a financial team and oversees strategic planning, treasury activities, operational accounting, and risk management. Previously, as Vice President of Finance and Administration at Elkay Cabinet Division, Jim expanded the scope of financial leadership to include supply chain management. At McNeilus Truck and Manufacturing, Jim managed the global finance function and was instrumental in strategic planning and customer support. Earlier positions include Vice President and Controller at Beloit Corporation, where Jim led significant financial initiatives, and Senior Audit & Consulting Manager at KPMG Peat Marwick, directing audit engagements for various companies. Jim holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and has completed executive education programs at Harvard Business School and Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.
