Courtney Batch

Courtney Batch has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Courtney started their career as a Clinical Rotations Student in the PISD Clinical Rotations Program, where they shadowed healthcare professionals in various hospitals and healthcare facilities. Courtney then worked as a Student Assistant and Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of North Texas, where they organized educational programs on sexual health, mental health, and general health topics. Courtney also gained experience at CVS Health as a Certified Pharmacy Technician and Sales Associate Cashier. Courtney later joined The Pill Club as a Certified Pharmacy Technician III. Currently, Courtney is working at Alto Pharmacy, where they have held roles as a Care Specialist II, Care Specialist III, and now as a Care Team Lead.

Courtney Batch attended the University of North Texas from 2014 to 2018, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Courtney also had minors in Biology, History, and Russian. In 2016, they briefly studied at Saint Petersburg State University, focusing on Russian Language. Before attending college, they graduated from Plano West Senior High School in 2014. Additionally, they obtained various certifications, including being a Certified Peer Educator from The BACCHUS Initiatives of NASPA, NIH Training from the National Institute of Mental Health, Registered Pharmacy Technician from the Texas State Board of Pharmacy, Certified Pharmacy Technician from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board, and Healthcare Provider BLS - CPR and AED first aid from the American Heart Association | American Stroke Association.
