Lisa Jurinka

Lisa Jurinka has held various legal roles throughout their career. Lisa has recently been appointed as the Chief Legal Officer at Alto Pharmacy, starting in May 2023. Prior to that, they were a Founding Member at TechGC since July 2017. From April 2018 to December 2022, Lisa served as the Chief Legal Officer at Vacasa, where they managed all legal operations and strategy. Lisa played vital roles in the company's pre-IPO financings and strategic acquisitions. Before joining Vacasa, Lisa worked as the General Counsel at Innovari from September 2017 to March 2018. Lisa also held the General Counsel position at Jive Software from November 2014 to July 2017 and as Assistant General Counsel from February 2013 to November 2014. Lisa has experience as Assistant General Counsel at CafePress Inc. from April 2011 to January 2013. Lisa served as the VP and Assistant General Counsel at Epocrates Inc. from November 2006 to April 2011, assisting with the company's transition to a public company. Lisa began their career as an Associate in Corporate Law at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP from August 1999 to August 2003.

Lisa Jurinka attended the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School from 1997 to 1999, where they received a JD degree with a concentration in Corporate Finance and Securities. Prior to that, they were a JD candidate at the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law from 1996 to 1997. Lisa completed their undergraduate studies at California State University, Fullerton from 1992 to 1996, obtaining a BA degree in Political Science with a concentration in Law. Lisa also holds additional certifications, including a California License from the State Bar of California, a New York Bar License from the New York Court of Appeals, and an Oregon Bar License from the State of Oregon.
