Sam Miles serves as the Director of Lender Relations at Miles CRE, Inc. since January 2023, focusing on securing financing for commercial properties nationwide. In addition, Sam has been a Capital Advisor at Altoma Real Estate Advisors, Inc. since January 2020, specializing in sourcing debt and equity for a diverse range of commercial real estate assets, including retail, office, and multifamily properties. Prior experience includes serving as General Manager of NEXT MOTORCYCLE LLC from January 2015 to August 2018. Sam holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Arizona's Eller College of Management.
