Maura Pauze

Maura Pauze has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Their most recent role is as VP of Product at Alton Lane since December 2020. Prior to that, they founded and served as the Creative Director at Thornsberry Design & Consulting starting from January 2018. From January 2016 to January 2018, Maura worked as the VP of Business Development & Operations at Tantrum Cases. Maura also had a previous role at Tantrum Cases as the Sr. Director of Product & Brand Management | Consultant from May 2014 to January 2015. Maura served as the Creative Director at Argoz Inc from July 2012 to April 2014, and prior to that, they were the Director of Product Design & Development | Consultant from July 2011 to July 2012. Before that, Maura worked as a Senior Designer | Consultant at Aldea Designs from January 2009 to December 2012. Maura also has experience as the Director of Design & Product Development at Sprockets Clothing Inc from April 2009 to February 2012. Maura started their career as a Senior Designer at Mervyns LLC from April 2004 to November 2008. Prior to that, they worked as a Designer | Assistant Designer, Licensed Product at Tommy Hilfiger from January 2002 to April 2004. Lastly, Maura served as a Product Designer & Developer | Consultant at The Monkey Tree from September 1994 to April 2004.

Maura Pauze began their education in 1996 at the University of Virginia, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Studies: Fashion Dynamics. Maura successfully completed their undergraduate studies in 2000. To further enhance their knowledge and skills in the field of fashion, Maura enrolled at the Fashion Institute of Technology in 2000. There, they obtained an Associate of Applied Science degree in Fashion Design in 2001.
