Zoe Koupiaris has a diverse work experience in the retail industry. Zoe started their career at Henri Bendel in 2008 as a Store Manager, where they successfully opened new stores and achieved significant sales increases. Zoe also created the brand's clientele program. In 2012, Zoe joined rag & bone as a General Manager and played a key role in opening their first Southeast location. Zoe exceeded sales targets and led the company in key performance indicators. Zoe then moved to J.Crew in 2013, where they served as a Human Resources Manager, responsible for recruiting, talent management, and store compliance. In 2016, they joined Alton Lane as the Central Market Director and later took on the role of Director of Custom Sales & Fit Training. Currently, Zoe is a Project Manager & Fit Training Director at Alton Lane, overseeing fit training and ensuring an unbeatable shopping experience for customers.

Zoe Koupiaris obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Graphic and Communication Design from LaRoche College, graduating in the year 2004.
