Barb Brinkman, SPHR, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various healthcare and educational settings. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Alton Memorial Hospital since March 2016, Barb previously held roles as a Human Resources Business Partner at both Alton Memorial Hospital and Christian Hospital. With a strong foundation in HR management from Tutera Senior Living and the Community Health Center of Central Missouri, Barb has also served as a Human Resources Generalist at Westminster College and as an Assistant Professor at Missouri Southern State University. Barb holds a Doctorate in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from Liberty University, along with a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Lindenwood University and a Bachelor of Science in Vocational Education from Southern Illinois University, complemented by an Associate of Arts in Dental Hygiene from Lake Land College.
