Jason Bowman has extensive experience in emergency medical services and fire management. Serving as EMS Manager and Paramedic at Alton Memorial Hospital since August 1997, Jason has developed significant expertise in public safety. Additionally, since August 1990, Jason has held the position of Fire Chief at Brighton Betsey Ann Fire Protection District, demonstrating a long-term commitment to leadership in emergency services. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Safety Management and Leadership from Franklin University, completed between 2016 and 2018, as well as an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Paramedicine from Lewis and Clark Community College, earned from 2012 to 2013.
