Dylan Kale

Dylan Kale is a seasoned professional in the metallurgy and sales engineering fields, with extensive experience spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Sales Engineer at Alton Steel, Inc. since January 2018, Dylan focuses on lead generation, account management, and technical services. Prior to this role, Dylan worked at Cornell Forge as a Metallurgist/Technical Sales from June 2013 to December 2017, executing material selection, failure analysis, and process improvement projects while also managing customer relations and CRM systems. Dylan's earlier experience includes a role as Rolling Mill Metallurgist at Steel Dynamics, where oversight of metallurgical testing and non-conforming material analysis were key responsibilities. Dylan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, earned in 2010.
