Dr. Meike Thiel

Dr. Meike Thiel has extensive experience in the fields of corporate communications, marketing, and technical writing, currently serving as the Head of Corporate Communications and Head of Technical Writing, as well as Head of Marketing at altona Diagnostics GmbH since June 2012. Previously, Dr. Thiel worked as a Freelance Teacher at the School of Life Science Hamburg GGmbH from September 2010 to October 2012 and operated as a Freelance Journalist from March 2008 to May 2012. Dr. Thiel also held a postdoctoral position at the Bernhard Nocht Institute for Tropical Medicine from August 2006 to July 2007. Educational qualifications include a Diplom-Biologin in Zoologie from the University of Hamburg and a Ph.D. in Biological and Biomedical Sciences from the Bernhard Nocht Institute for Tropical Medicine.
