Crystal Divis

Crystal Divis has over 17 years of work experience in various HR roles. Crystal started their career at Aon Hewitt in 2005 as a Senior Customer Service Representative. Crystal then moved to DSC Logistics in 2008, where they held multiple roles including Benefits Specialist, Benefits Analyst, Leave Administrator, and Benefits and Compensation Analyst. In 2015, they joined SunCoke Energy as a Benefits and Compensation Analyst and later became a Sr. Benefits and Compensation Analyst. From 2018 to 2022, Crystal worked at Alpha Packaging as the Corporate HR and Benefits Manager. In 2022, they joined PGT Innovations as a Total Rewards Manager and later became the Director of Compensation Benefits at ALTOR Solutions.

Crystal Divis completed their education in a linear progression, starting with an Associate of Arts degree from College of Lake County from 1999 to 2002. Crystal then pursued their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics at Western Illinois University from 2002 to 2004. Lastly, they obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources (MSHR) from Roosevelt University, where they studied from 2014 to 2016.
