Jason Chastain is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in production management and continuous improvement across multiple industries, including automotive and manufacturing. Currently serving as Production Manager at Foam Fabricators Inc since January 2017, Jason focuses on exceeding plant KPIs and coaching teams to address operational bottlenecks. Prior roles include Continuous Improvement Engineer at Trelleborg Group, Operations Shift Manager at SYNCREON, and various engineering and supervisory positions at BMW of North America, Faurecia, Volkswagen AG, Draexlmaier Automotive, and Michelin.
