Marijn Ford

Marijn Ford is a Principal Scientist at Altos Labs since June 2022, bringing extensive academic expertise from previous roles at the University of Pittsburgh, where Ford served as both Associate Professor and Assistant Professor of Cell Biology from December 2013 to June 2022. Prior experience includes a position as a Postdoctoral Scholar at the University of California, Davis, from July 2007 to November 2013, and as a Research Fellow at Downing College Cambridge from September 2003 to June 2007. Ford holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Structural Biology and Neurobiology from the University of Cambridge, completed in February 2003, along with undergraduate degrees in Natural Sciences with a focus on Pharmacology, Biochemistry, and Cell Biology from the same institution.
